How much are the shipping costs for a web repair?
- Deliveries within the Netherlands are free for every order of € 50 or more.
- For orders of less than € 50, a flat-rate contribution of € 5 will be charged for the handling and shipping costs of your package.
- For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the rate is stated during the first step at checkout, and in the confirmation email you receive after completing your order.
How long is the delivery time for a web repair?
Once we have received your payment, you will receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days.
For foreign deliveries within the EU, you need to take into account two additional working days.
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
yes. After you have placed your order and payment, you will receive an automatic e-mail message confirming your order and payment. When your package is effectively sent, you will receive a message from the carrier containing a tracking code. This allows you to track the status of your suit.
What about returning/ returning products?
Opened products can no longer be taken back. It is therefore of exceptional importance to test the products immediately after delivery.
Other returns can be considered in case of complaints, provided that they are offered in original packaging and in intact condition. The customer must package the returns in a package and clearly state all his details as well as attach the e-mail that approves a return. It is advisable to keep the shipping receipt well. All costs related to the return are at the expense of the customer.
In the event of a well-founded complaint, no shipping costs will be charged in the event of a new shipment. In all other cases, the normal shipping fee will be charged.
